BUT I love that it has 4 hooks in back and it is VERY sturdy. nothing on earth can keep my boobs from bouncing, but this is the closest there is. Actually this taught me it's worth more bouncing to not have to wear such a painfully restrictive garment. You can go running in this, but you don't wanna wear it more than a few hours. If you're large-breasted like me, that is. It's probably fine on smaller women. They never have to suffer.

This bra was great. It was VERY supportive but not incredibly restrictive or was so tight you would get a back ache. In fact, at the end of the day I forgot I was wearing a sports bra. Usually I am always reminded of that because it squeezes my back and shoulders due to the support I need. I loved it. It's also thinner than more sports bras, so I thought at first it wouldn't work as well. Don't let the fabric or design fool you; it was GREAT! I will order more. (34D).

The bra is very supportive if you get the right size. Lots of people are saying that theirs was too tight, but if you measure the way that they tell you to under sizing info, then it is a perfect fit...when you get it. The problem is that it quickly loosens up and stretches a bit. And the shoulder straps do not stay where you put them, they loosen up as well. I forgot that the first time I ordered it I ordered a band size smaller than what I measured and it fit perfectly. I might suggest you measure (the way they tell you too) and then try one size smaller. If it doesn't fit then exchange it. Sports bras are obviously supposed to be tight though. Also, no matter what you think your size is, even if you have been "professionally fitted", bra sizes vary by manufacturer so don't get all breast-sure and avoid their chart.
